I fell in love with Ruidoso over 18 years ago,
one reason in the areas unmatched beauty. Then there is the weather. Our seasons have been mild with four distinct seasons.
We have long springs and falls with mild summers and if we are lucky some snow in the winters.
The people are laid back and friendly. In Ruidoso have a small town pace, but since we are a resort community we have more to do and great places to eat at. We even two casinos and a race track. Because of Ruidoso is a resort town you will find many more restaurants and entertainment options the most small towns.
Ruidoso is a place where community sprite is still alive. I often say Ruidoso is 20 years behind the times and that is perfect.
Capitan is really an example of living the old west. Home of Smokey the Bear, Capitan has a rich history of grass lands and ranching. Since it has even better weather, just a little warmer in winter, we have seen Capitan grow with boomer wanting to retire. The land is flatter and more usable in Capitan.
Watch for my e-mails. You will see any new listings as they come on the market.
I am here for you. Please ask me your questions.
Best wishes, Ms Annie
